Yoga Power

This is a vinyasa flow class that incorporates strength, flexibility, and balance.

We match our breath with movements through poses and sequences tailored to building confidence and trust in ourselves.The second half of the class is often spent learning to do arm-balances or inversions with greater mindfulness and ease utilizing props such as blocks, bolsters, and straps. It’s so much FUN.

This class does offer some advanced poses, but is still appropriate for all who are looking to experience a steady, continual flow or to further their practice, strengthen their connection to their body, building confidence and having fun.
