Tween Meditation with megan
We will use a dynamic mix of meditation, breathwork, and movement to encourage and empower! As a perfect compliment to a busy academic and extracurricular schedule, this class will work on developing greater self-esteem, resiliency, and ways to better manage stress while connecting with others and themselves in a fun and nurturing environment.
The benefits of this age group practicing meditation include:
• becoming more comfortable in our own bodies, learning to accept ourselves and others
• increasing inner strength and self-acceptance
• thinking positively and use positive self-talk
• building community and friendships
No meditation or yoga experience is required. This class is suitable for all.
