HAPPY HATHA WITH ALICIA

This 60-minute is an all inclusive, all level Hatha yoga class that takes a relaxed approach to your practice.  Even if you are new to yoga this class will be a great way to introduce you to the basic principles of asana, breathing exercises and meditation.  We feel lighter and more connected as we move, breathe and relax.

HATHA WITH MADHURI

Hatha yoga is a relaxing way to bring lightness to all aspects of the body. Hatha allows vivacious energy to flow smoothly, filling us with inspiration and vitality.

This class includes mantra chanting to stimulate higher thinking and contentment, Pranayama which is the control of life force energy through breath, and Asana - the physical yoga practice.

All levels are welcome!
