We're excited to introduce you to our friend, Manjeet Kaur, Ph.D. (Psychology). She is an inspiring woman of many talents - author, motivational speaker, wellness consultant, and a breathing-yoga-meditation instructor.

In this workshop Manjeet will lead us through ways to improve relationships, accentuate the positive, attain peace, practice gratitude, and address conflict...just in time for the holidays.
